The spark began on a road through Oaxaca – our first trip, driven by curiosity and the belief that the best discoveries happen far from the beaten path. That’s how we met Roberto Chagoya, a 5th generation maestro mezcalero whose quiet mastery and deep respect for tradition spoke louder than words. His work captured exactly what we were looking for: authenticity, soul, and an uncompromising devotion for the quality.

Our Mezcalero
Roberto Chagoya is a 5th generation maestro mezcalero from the Tlacolula Valley in Oaxaca, where his family has been cultivating agave and distilling mezcal since 1897 – a long time before the spirit gained global recognition. A trained agricultural engineer, Roberto blends deep ancestral knowledge with a modern understanding of the land, ensuring that every bottle reflects both tradition and innovation.
The Chagoya name is synonymous with quality and heritage, and Roberto continues to uphold this legacy with quiet dedication, crafting mezcal that honors his roots while resonating with new generations of explorers and connoisseurs.
